    Frequently Asked Questions

     A technician was recently in your area to check the signal strength of telecommunication providers to ensure they are functioning properly and at optimal capacity. The equipment placed in the right-of-way is our testing equipment and will be retrieved within 7-10 calendar days. There will be no construction or digging, and no service interruptions in your area.  


    Technicians are given a general area, typically ranging from half a square mile to one square mile, where the equipment will perform optimally and yield the best results. The equipment is usually positioned in locations with existing infrastructure such as cable boxes, fiber optic boxes, or light/power poles to minimize interference and obstructions. 


     We are a third-party contractor working for national carriers.  These are companies you may know and love.  Due to non-disclosure agreements, we are unable to disclose specific details about our clients and the services provided to them.  


    No.  Our testing equipment is designed to assess active signals, ensuring that there will be no service interruptions.  Our equipment and testing does not affect any services in the area. 


    No. Just some orange paint that is not permanent.  Once our testing is completed, it will appear as though we were never there. There will be no digging or construction in the area by our techs.  


    No personal information on residents in an area is gathered.  Our service gathers vital data on signal strength and opportunities for improvement. 


    The equipment is typically retrieved within seven to ten calendar days from the date it was placed.  There are times where an extended amount of time is necessary however that is only in specific circumstances and not common.


    When we receive an order, our team identifies areas in the area that are part of the public right of way.  You may see our equipment in the area near cable boxes, telephone poles or underground utility lines.  These areas are utilized for companies such as ours for a variety of purposes.  Our goal is to not disturb the area or inconvenience anyone.  If you have a specific concern, please call us for assistance and we are happy to chat.
